Returns Policy

This policy is only for orders made on leoguarbikes.com.

To cancel an order, return or exchange items, or request a refund, please email info@leoguarbikes.com.

Include "Your Request" and your order number in the email subject for quick handling.

Return Process:

  • Unused bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery by contacting us.
  • We will not accept returns of any product 14 or more days after delivery date, as recorded by the shipping carrier.
  • To start a return and refund process, customers need to contact us for a return address and label. Returns without Leoguar's permission will not be accepted.
  • Use the shipping label provided during the authorized return process to ship approved return items, collected by a carrier designated by Leoguar.
  • The final refund amount may be reduced by restocking fees, delivery signature fees, return shipping, and insurance charges from the original order.
  • Refunds are approved only after the return package arrives and passes inspection at our warehouse. This process can take about 15 business days from the return of the package. Please be patient.
  • Once Leoguar approves your refund, you will be notified by email and receive the refund in the original payment method.
  • Banks or credit card companies may need up to an additional 30 days to process the refund.
  • Refusing delivery of shipped orders or not following the return procedure can lead to loss of goods in transit or warehouse refusal due to unregistered returns, possibly resulting in no refund or exchange.

Before We Ship:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@leoguarbikes.com.
  • Due to our rapid order processing, requests to cancel or change the address must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. These changes are free if requested within this 24-hour window. Please email us as soon as possible to make any changes.
  • For requests to cancel or change the address made more than 24 hours after placing the order, we may deny your request depending on the order's processing status. Please follow the return process after receiving the goods.

After Shipping:

Once your order has shipped, Leoguar Bikes can't make changes or special arrangements, including address changes. If your bike has shipped and you have a FedEx tracking number, please contact FedEx directly for any special requests or delivery instructions.

Confirming Your Item's Condition:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused (e-bikes must be in new condition and have 15 miles or less ), free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances/odors, in the same packaging (we will not provide a box) and condition that you received it, and must include all items that were inside the box (charger, pedals, bell, front & rear reflectors, headlight, toolkits, user manual, etc.).
  • We do not accept returns of any used items, except in rare cases of extreme damage or malfunction.
  • Returned accessories and parts must be unused, in original, unopened packaging, and free of wear, dirt, or odors. The customer pays for shipping both ways.
  • Any E-Bike cancellation/return will be subject to a $150 return fee.
  • A 15% processing fee will be applied for any item being returned or cancelled.
  • All the above fees will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items Include, But are not Limited to:

Used Equipment

Apparel (clothing, hats, etc.)

Battery Packs

Helmets

Special orders

Gift cards

Gifted orders

Items that display wear

Open Box bicycles and refurbished bicycles

Exchange

We only replace items if they are severely defective or extremely damaged. If you believe you may be eligible for an exchange or replacement, please email support at info@leoguarbikes.com.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, items may get damaged during transit. If your items are missing parts or are seriously damaged, please contact info@leoguarbikes.com and provide photo or video evidence for quicker resolution.

*Serious damage: noticeable changes to the main structure that impact functionality.

Note: The following are considered normal and do not qualify for free replacement or refund:

A) Minor damage to packaging.

B) Small scratches or paint chips on the product.

C) Damage to parts or wear and tear from heavy use.

D) Damage to parts or wear after regular use over time.

Note: Shipping damage claims will not be accepted if reported more than 7 days after delivery.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you don't receive your refund within 2 business days after approval, recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company/bank. Refunds might take some time to officially post. There's often processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately.
