Addresses to Which We Ship:
We only ship to the contiguous U.S. states (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), the District of Columbia, and Canada.
Shipping Time:
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (except when the product being purchased is a pre-order), and a confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch. Delivery typically takes 2-7 business days. For pre-ordered products, the estimated shipment date will be listed under the product title on our website. Please note that customers in Canada may experience longer shipping times. If there is a delay and your order has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at info@leoguarbikes.com. Please note that all delivery dates provided by Leoguar are estimates.
Shipping Cost:
Only Ebike shipping within the United States may qualify for free shipping. Free shipping applies only to bicycles. Accessories and parts may have shipping charges applied if the order total is under $100.
Customers getting their Ebike shipped to Canada will be charged $200 per Ebike for shipping. This $200 fee also covers all of the duties and taxes charged as a result of importing the Ebike.
Shipping Carriers:
Leoguar Ebike utilizes FedEx or UPS for deliveries. We do not ship to APO addresses. If an Ebike is sent to an APO address and subsequently refused, and you wish to cancel your order, a restocking fee of $150 may be applied.

In some cases, the estimated shipping date shown on the carrier's website may not be accurate until the package has been scanned into their system.
No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage:
Leoguar Ebike is not liable for any merchandise that is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping by a carrier.
Damage to outer packaging doesn't always indicate item damage. Due to delivery uncertainties, outer packaging integrity isn't guaranteed. If you find any damage to the packaging, please file a claim with the carrier immediately. For item-related issues, our Customer Service team is here to assist you.
