Warranty Policy

All Leoguar Ebike, and their individual Covered Components (as defined herein), are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for two years after receipt of the Ebike by the customer (the “Warranty Period”).

WARRANTY TARGET AUDIENCE

This Limited Warranty is only applicable to United States (we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico) Ebike purchases from leoguarbikes.com.

As for warranty transfer, the Ebike transferee can only benefit from the warranty when both of these conditions are met:

  • The 2-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it;
  • The new owner has the initial purchaser’s name and the original order number.

COVERED PRODUCTS

  • The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective battery, frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware.
  • The Covered Components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.
  • During the duration of the Warranty, Leoguar Ebike will either repair the Product or, at Leoguar Ebike option, replace it with the same or most similar Product then available. That is because we do not keep inventory forever, so we may not have the exact replacement part or exact color available.
  • Leoguar Ebike reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at Leoguar Ebike discretion.
  • Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Leoguar Ebike only.

UNCOVERED ITEMS

  • Normal wear and tear of any Covered Component.
  • Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes).
  • Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the Ebike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the Ebike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, Leoguar Ebike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
  • The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
  • Any products sold by Leoguar Ebike that is not an Ebike.

DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN EBIKE OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF LEOGUAR EBIKE.

Warranty Cost

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a Covered Component, unless Leoguar Ebike agrees in writing to pay for such shipping costs.
  • This warranty does not cover labor costs associated with installation or replacement.
  • No cash reimbursement will be made.

Claims Process

LEOGUAR EBIKE WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED COVERED COMPONENT.

  • Contact the Leoguar Ebike Customer Service team via info@leoguarbikes.com. Include "Warranty Request" and your order number in the email subject for quick handling.
  • The customer service team will initially work with you on the problem with your Ebike to identify potential simple fixes.
  • If the customer service team determines that a Covered Component must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective Covered Component and receiving the replacement.
  • After you receive the replacement Covered Component, the customer service team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Covered Component into your Ebike.
  • Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.

Shipping Damage

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact info@leoguarbikes.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

No free accessories are eligible for replacement or compensation if they are scratched during transportation.

NOTE: We will not accept shipping damage claims filed more than 7 days after receipt of any products.

Credit Card Chargebacks

If any Ebike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the Ebike, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.

Disclaimers

In all events, Leoguar Ebike reserves the right to limit warranty service to the country where the Product was purchased.

Leoguar Ebike reserves the right to determine the scope of warranty components, but please trust that we will address your warranty issues in a fair and impartial manner.

Some states, provinces, or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that a certain provision of this Warranty does not apply, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
