The default maximum speed is 20 MPH, but it can be unlocked to 28 MPH. Please contact us via email to receive the unlock password.

Yes, our e-bikes are designed with a waterproof level that allows for riding in the rain. However, do not ride in heavy rain or wash the bike body directly with water.

You can request to cancel or change the address for free within 24 hours of placing the order. If more than 24 hours have passed, we may deny your request depending on the processing status of your order. Please email us as soon as possible for any changes.

Orders are processed within 48 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery to your designated location. Note that any delivery dates provided by Leoguar are estimates.

Deliver & Assembly

The e-bike arrives mostly assembled. Please complete the assembly by watching our tutorial on YouTube @leoguarbikes or by reading the USER MANUAL for instructions.

Unused bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 14 days of delivery by contacting us. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

We use FedEx or UPS for deliveries. You can track your order here.

If your items arrive with missing parts or significant damage, please contact us immediately, providing photos or video evidence to facilitate a quicker resolution.

After assembly, ensure the display and battery are functioning correctly, check that the brakes and throttle are responsive, and verify the shifting lever and assist level are working properly.

Trouble Shooting

First, inspect all connections and consider replacing the charger. If the issue persists, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Follow these steps in order: Turn on the battery, reseat the battery, turn on the display, charge the battery, and inspect the brake levers for any issues.

Several factors can affect battery range or speed, including a low power battery, low tire pressure, a heavy load on the bike, driving on rough terrain, or using throttle only without pedal assistance.

Consult a professional dealer for a tune-up and inspection. If you need further assistance, contact our support team promptly.

Maintain & Warranty

We recommended you to take off the battery, and use a soft cloth with a neutral solution to wipe the dirty off the shells. After that, wipe it dry with a clean soft cloth.

It depends on how often you use and the way of maintenance and the other factors. In general, the battery provide by Leoguar can use for 4-5 years while you in maintenance correctly.

Yes! Keep recharging the battery every 3 months to maintain optimal performance and longevity, even if you don’t use it, to prevent potential damage.

The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective battery, frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors and hardware.
