Be aware that the cruising range may differ based on the riding conditions.
Think relaxed rides on city streets and coastal bike paths. The swept-back handlebars encourage an upright posture, while the cushioned saddle and suspension seatpost help with comfort. Use the pedal assist when you want help with a hill or a longer trip.
The recommended rider height is 5'3" to 6'5", and the maximum payload is 275 lbs. That limit includes the rider and any cargo. Check the geometry chart, especially the standover and saddle heights, before choosing your bike.
The main difference is the frame shape. The Zephyr SO has a traditional step-over top tube. The Zephyr ST has a lower step-through frame that is easier to get on and off. Choose the one that feels more comfortable for your mobility, fit, and everyday riding.
You can charge the battery while it is fitted to the bike, or unlock and remove it to charge indoors. Use the supplied charger and allow about five hours for a full charge. Charging time varies with the battery's remaining charge.
