To unlock the top speed of your Fastron step thru e bike, which is set to a default of 20 MPH, follow these steps: Navigate to the settings page on the display → Enter the advanced settings → Input the password (please email us to obtain the password) → Change the C3 option from 'off' to 'on' → Save the settings and exit. This will activate the capability to reach up to 28 MPH.

Electric Bike Fat tires significantly improve traction and stability on a variety of terrains, offering a smoother, more comfortable ride. Their wide surface area enhances grip in both wet and dry conditions, reducing the impact of bumps and ensuring a safer, more controlled cycling experience across all terrain types.

The Fastron ST, a step through electric bike, features a low top tube frame for easier access and mounting. This design is especially beneficial for those with limited mobility or who prefer a more comfortable experience when mounting and dismounting.

The only difference between the Fastron ST and Fastron lightweight Step Over bicycle is the design of the top tube frame. Your choice depends on personal needs and cycling habits. If you're looking for easy mounting/dismounting and a comfortable ride, the Fastron ST’s step-thru frame design is for you. But if you crave speed, intense riding experiences, or need extra stability for challenging conditions, the Fastron’s step-over design is the better option.

The recommended rider height is 5'3" ~ 6'4", payload 350lbs at maximum.

To charge your Fastron ST’s battery, you have two options: Directly connect the charger to the charging port on the bike’s frame, or use the key to unlock the battery package, remove the battery, and charge it separately. A full charge typically takes only 4–5 hours.

My favorite part of this bike is the seat. The texture feels premium, and it adds a little extra luxury to the overall look. Its the little things that make it feel highend.

I bought this ebike as a birthday gift for my dad, whos been having some trouble with his legs lately. The throttle feature makes it so easy for him to ride. He loves it!

I like this bike, it is easy to ride. A little heavy, but overall a good bike.

Everything is great except for the shipping delay, which took a bit longer.

Resolved the Speed Limiter Issue

After receiving the bike, I quickly installed it and took a few test rides. The speed wasn't as fast as I expected. I asked customer service and found out that the speed limiter hadn't been removed. They didn't recommend removing the limiter because it could be dangerous, but in the end, I successfully removed it.
