Will It Actually Fit? Folded Size and Weight
Folded, the Flippo measures 36.22" long, 18.5" wide and 29.92" tall. That is a large suitcase laid on its side.
It weighs 55 lb with the battery installed. The pack slides out of the seatpost in seconds, so you carry the battery and the bike separately instead of lifting all of it at once.
Fifty-five pounds is light for an electric bike and heavy for a folding one. This is a bike you roll folded and lift once — not one you carry up two flights every evening.

The 480Wh pack sits inside the seatpost instead of on a rear rack. That keeps the folded shape square, lowers the centre of gravity, and lets you charge the battery at a desk while the bike stays folded by the door.
The 350W rear hub and 45 Nm of torque are sized for city riding at 20 mph, not for loaded climbs. On a sustained steep hill you will be pedalling with it, not sitting on the throttle.
Seven Shimano gears matter more on a 20-inch wheel than most spec sheets admit. Small wheels spin up fast off the line and run out of gear at speed, so the 14–28T cassette does real work.

Folding or Full-Size: Which One You Actually Need
The folding mechanism costs you range, wheel size and comfort. It is worth paying for only if storage is your real constraint.
Buy folding if
• You have no secure ground-floor bike storage
• Part of the trip is on a train, bus or in a car
• You travel with an RV, van or boat
• You charge indoors and the building has rules about it
• Space at both ends of the ride is the constraint, not range
Buy full-size if
• You have a garage or shed and ride the same route daily
• Your route has sustained climbs or broken pavement
• You want 26" wheels and suspension for comfort
• You carry cargo or a passenger regularly
• You never need to lift the bike
The same money buys a bigger battery and a more comfortable ride in a full-size frame. You are paying the folding premium for a storage problem — if you do not have that problem, do not pay it.

Usually yes when folded, though rules differ by transit agency. Systems that ban full-size bikes at rush hour often allow folding bikes that stay folded and out of the aisle.
Check your agency's page first — some publish a maximum folded size.
Close, with two differences you notice. Twenty-inch wheels accelerate faster but feel twitchier, and they drop into potholes a 26-inch wheel rolls over.
A torque sensor and seven gears cover most of the gap. Over broken pavement a full-size bike is still more comfortable.
The frame decides this, not the wheel size. The Flippo's telescoping seatpost and folding stem are rated for riders 5'3" to 6'5", with a 250 lb total weight limit.
Near either end of that range, check standover height (23.91") and maximum saddle height (42.52") before ordering.
