To unlock the top speed of your Strider SO, which is set to a default of 20 MPH, follow these steps: Navigate to the settings page on the display -> Enter the advanced settings -> Input the password (please email us to obtain the password) -> Change the C3 option from 'off' to 'on' -> Save the settings and exit. This will activate the capability to reach up to 28 MPH.
Fat tires significantly improve traction and stability on a variety of terrains, offering a smoother, more comfortable ride. Their wide surface area enhances grip in both wet and dry conditions, reducing the impact of bumps and ensuring a safer, more controlled cycling experience across all terrain types.
The Strider SO, a step-over bike, features a high top tube for unmatched stability and power, providing better control and efficiency for those who love speed and adventure. It's perfect for off-road riding, making it ideal for active riders!
The only difference between the Strider ST and Strider SO is the design of the top tube. Your choice depends on personal needs and cycling habits. If you're looking for easy mounting/dismounting and a comfortable ride, the Strider ST's step-thru design is for you. But if you crave speed, intense riding experiences, or need extra stability for challenging conditions, the Strider SO's step-over design is the better option.
The recommended rider height is 5'3" ~ 6'4", payload 350lbs at maximum.
To charge your Strider SO's battery, you have two options: Directly connect the charger to the charging port on the bike's frame, or use the key to unlock the battery package, remove the battery, and charge it separately. A full charge typically takes only 4-5 hours.
